This is your day to spend as you choose – and your options are as endless as the Sydney horizon …
Your journey aboard Iluka, our customised classic cruiser, can be anything you want it to be … blending Sydney Harbour’s iconic landmarks with her best kept secrets and natural wonders.
You can choose to stay within our gorgeous harbour’s sheltered waters or venture outside her spectacular headlands to famous Manly Beach.
You may opt to simply relax onboard – soaking up Iluka’s luxury and Sydney’s famous sights, historic landmarks and waterfront mansions … or swim ashore to experience a slice of Sydney life.
Perhaps you’d like to try your hand at stand-up paddle boarding, take a dip in our glisening waters or discover our marine life with a relaxing snorkel.
We’ll provide a gourmet luncheon, quality Australian beer, wine and refreshments – and, our ‘local eyes’ … the rest is up to you! Just let us know how you’d like to spend your day on our magnificent harbour.

The ultimate Sydney water safari – a journey to the icons, secrets and natural wonders of our gorgeous waterways
If you choose to stay within Sydney Harbour, one option is to cruise up close to the sails of our iconic Opera House and under our famous Harbour Bridge en route to our world famous Sydney Fish Markets where you can select your ‘catch of the day’. Your journey then continues on to one of our favourite secret harbour enclaves, where we’ll enjoy the fare from the markets and other gourmet treats prepared for the day.
Maybe you’d prefer to venture offshore to Manly and anchor at the beautiful protected marine reserve of Shelly Beach, nestled by Fairy Bower’s famous surf break. Here you can snorkel and discover a myriad of ocean life, swim ashore to stroll along golden sands and up to the stunning cliff top or enjoy a coffee at the gorgeous seaside cafe. If you’re a surfer, let us know and we’ll lend you a board!

Good To Know
Your Experience is private – for individuals, couples or your group of up to 10 people. When you book, please have a chat with Jamie or Alex about the various options and ways you can spend your day. Your Iluka cruise includes a three-course luncheon as well as morning tea and all beverages. Please pack a hat and your swimmers – we’ll provide your towels and sunscreen.
Your Food – Alex prepares a homemade lunch for you, so please let us know if you have any dietary preferences or requirements, including gluten-free, lactose intolerant, vegetarian and vegan.
